Speaking publicly within a business setting can be one of the most nerve wracking and anxiety laden tasks that certain individuals can go through.
Some personalities thrive, whilst others suffer.
As technology develops we are more and more expected to speak publicly whether that be scripted or improvised.
The Voicereel Online has developed a vocal confidence building package for business which incorporates a lot of fun whilst building self esteem.
Your employees will engage in the full process of recording a professional, broadcast quality commercial. They will even take it away for a reflective confidence booster when needed and also a fun thing to play to family and friends.
On the day we will...
* Meet and greet at the studio. Gavin will assess the various personalities and voices whilst having a fun 'getting to know you' chat.
* Gavin will administer the commercial scripts to the gang.
* Half an hour practice session with coaching from Gavin
* Into the studio to record each member whilst being coached by Gavin in a relaxed and fun way.
Depending on the individual we can do this with their colleagues present or one to one with Gavin. ( We have a lovely cafe area for the others to enjoy).
*After the recordings there will be playbacks of the commercials and group feedback on how they feel they did, how they feel they could improve and how they understand their voice more than before the session and moving forward how can the experience help them with speaking in a business setting.
* Afterwards, Gavin will edit and mix the commercials down to a broadcast standard recording which will be emailed over to individuals to use for self confidence, social media or fun with friends and family.
